Psyra provides general emotional support, journaling, self-reflection and relaxation tools to help adults navigate everyday stress. It is intended for personal wellbeing, without a medical purpose. Psyra is not intended for use as a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace medical care, therapy or emergency services.

• Journal, mood, and session-insight features.
• Memory and export features depending on your plan.
• Safety notices and crisis resources when relevant.

You are responsible for your account and login credentials.

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your password secure.
• Use your own account only.
• Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not misuse Psyra or attempt to harm others through the service.

• Do not use Psyra for illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Do not upload malicious content.
• Do not harass, threaten, or exploit others.
• Do not use outputs as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to the rights needed for Psyra to operate the service.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be treated as reflective support, not professional advice.

Paid plans and credits are handled through our billing providers.

• Prices and features may vary by plan.
• Subscriptions renew unless canceled.
• Usage limits may apply.
• Taxes and fees may apply.

Before paying, review the selected plan, price, currency, billing period and renewal details displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our billing provider.

Manage your subscription and request cancellation in Settings, then Membership. The billing confirmation shows the effective date. Contact support if an action fails. Manage my subscription

Mandatory consumer rights, including any withdrawal right applicable to your purchase, remain protected. Contact support for a purchase or refund request.

To the extent allowed by law, Psyra is provided without guarantees that it will meet every need or be error-free.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where law says otherwise.

You may stop using Psyra at any time and may delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk.
